Opened in 2008, Valenca has seen much change over the years. Born as a Portuguese restaurant, we have come a long way to arrive at our current identity of American Fusion Cuisine. We also boast three beautiful private rooms for events, one of which being our incredible wine cellar with a private entrance and fireplace. Our gorgeous outdoor patio has taken home the “Love Where You Live” award in from Lehigh Valley Real Estate Weekly, plus the Morning Call Reader’s Choice Award for “Best Outdoor Dining”. In 2015 Bacon Fest our Chefs Amanda Cox and Joe Bruno won The Dueling Swines contest as well as the Chopped 2 day competition. Featuring American Fusion Cuisine, an extensive wine list and a lavish cocktail list, our menu is sure to please any palette!
